Biden’s press conference is already turning into disconnected rants complete with stops where he just gives up. Despite the fact that the book that he keeps looking through and the way the questions are being asked makes it pretty clear that the questions where prepared beforehand.
He just got visibly mad at being asked twice whether he would run for reelection, rambled a bit, then looked down and started to go into a clearly prewritten speech about not knowing what fate will bring… only to start rambling about the tax policy out of nowhere.

Waal, the pollsters are telling us his approval rating is 49%. I know the polls are junk, but the true figure likely is something like 45%. We live in a frivolous age.
