I couldn’t watch any more but a minute or two of JP Sears’ video, not because I failed to see the humor but because I am disgusted that so many Americans are such idiots that they voted for Biden the clown to be President. Sooner or later that Jezebel Kamala Harris will take over. Then God help us all.

Actually, to change it as they wish would probably require a Constitutional change, limiting the scope and Authority of the Commander And Chief.
Seeing a committee try to deal with a first strike situation would be a bleak comedy.
Do they understand human nature so little? People would be far more likely to precipitate armageddon if they thought someone else would be sharing the blame.
