Thomas Sowell

A look at economist Thomas Sowell, a prolific author.  I have all of his books in my library and every word he has written is worth reading.  The best summation of Sowell is that he goes where the evidence leads, and in today’s politicized world that is highly subversive.

Truth.

My wife’s lifelong friend (another big-time Trump supporter) has a niece who is a public school teacher. This young woman is about 40 years old. She was raised in a good Catholic Home.

Last interchange between the teacher and the warden’s friend ended in Rev. Wright’s notorious quote about “God D*** America.”

This hatred is trashing millions if young American minds.

A great thinker. His essay “Black Rednecks and White Liberals” is simply essential. I really consider it the most important piece of non-religious writing in my lifetime.

If you want to honor a serious writer, please be someone who takes writing seriously yourself. (In the category of it takes one to know one and vice versa.) Specifically: please correct your intro paragraph.

“A prolific author, I …” says that you are the prolific author. This is called a misplaced modifier. A simple fix: “TS is a prolific author. I have all his books …”

Thank you.

Yes, it is well intended, out of respect for Thomas Sowell. He deserves the best writing in commentaries on his own writing. Be safe in the law mines!

The election was stolen during the four hours that coincide with the democrats stopping the vote counting in pivotal counties.
