And Twitter is supposed to ban comments inciting violence? Hypocrisy thy name is TWEET!

When I was in school, most of the male, public school teachers were either WWII or Korea veterans. They had their ‘hands full’ trying to get through to knuckleheads like me.

That is what’s wrong with the education system.

Just one of the comments generated from the Dunce of 2019, Mr. Rod Robinson

I am so disgusted by this I have no words. The 2019 “National Teacher Of The Year” is celebrating the violent assault on my husband that resulted in 6 broken ribs and part of his lung being removed. This hateful thug is calling for more violence on Sen McConnell.

Just WHAT is Rod teaching?
Let me guess.
Hatred, violence and avoiding personal responsibility.
Perfect!
The hallmarks of the Democrats.
Way to go Rod.

Brings me to a pet peeve: awards. Nearly all of them are nonsense, even when the subject of the award isn’t a jack-wagon. The only authentic awards are those given in venues where the audience knows the one given the award. And these should be few and far between.

Note, this man isn’t Jaime Escalante. He’s known for supervising classrooms full of unruly clients, not for teaching them much of anything. And, note, that his stock and trade doesn’t include reading, writing, arithmetic, or VoTech, which might be truly beneficial to the youths he teaches.

And it’s amusing that he has violent fantasies about Mitch McConnell. If there were ever an exponent and practitioner of business-as-usual, it’s McConnell. He’s no threat to the Democratic Party at all. However, he is an impediment at times and they’re convinced that any impediment (down to a blog offering a critical viewpoint) is intolerable.

This “teacher of the year” is willing to use social media to encourage violence for political retribution and mobs have verbally intimidated McConnell. It seems that McConnell has become another person that the radical leftist has focused it’s hatred upon.

If the Democrats are successful in stealing the senate runoff elections in Georgia, as well as the presidential election, then McConnell may find himself in a very difficult situation.

I suspect that McConnell’s betrayal of Trump involve deals with the Republican and Democratic deep states. With the loss of the senate, and a justice department controlled by Biden or Harris, McConnell may find himself with few allies.

Peter Schweitzer has exposed the McConnell’s Chinese connections.

https://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2018/05/02/exclusive-peter-schweizer-mitch-mcconnells-deep-financial-ties-to-china-unprecedented-in-u-s-history/

If an investigative journalist can find this information I’m sure that our government has even more dirt on McConnell that could be be used should the Democratic Party decide to seek payback for court appointments or other perceived slights.

Perhaps McConnell”s deep state allies or the Chinese influence of Biden and Congress may protect him. However, if the senate is lost and McConnell loses the value of his influence and leverage he may not be considered worth protecting.

The webs that are woven.
Thanks for the link;

[My response is just, give me a break,” he sighed. “The Chinese government has been very explicit about this, that they believe the way they can deal with the American challenge to their strategic goals and plans is basically by buying off our political class. They’re doing that with Mitch McConnell. As I highlight in the book, they also did this in the Obama administration with Joe Biden’s family.”]

They, the CCP, have a game book and it’s working. Working itself into the heart of America, like a worm.

Twitter’s Committee of Public Safety (or whatever they call the narrative enforcers) has a really, really relaxed attitude towards threats from the left. The fact that he went into protected mode instead of being suspended is but the latest example.

Right thinking eople are avoiding an obvious solution: shun Twitter, shun Facebook, shun Netflix, etc. There are alternatives: Parler, MeWe, Vimeo, OAN,…

Shunning Facebook would be a problem, because we keep track of our relatives that way. But, yes, the right should be moving to Parler and DuckDuckGo en bloc, and setting up alternatives to WordPress and Blogger now that these entities are deplatforming dissenters as well.

I tried shunning Facebook after the latest episode of being blocked for saying the police have a duty to use deadly force as necessary to protect innocent women and children from gangster terrorists on the left. Sadly I have a great many essays related to religion, Latin, history, science, nuclear energy, etc. saved on FB and I refer to them from time to time. Additionally, as Art Deco points out, many of my relatives, shipmates from the submarine service, and co-workers from the nuke plants where I once worked are on FB. I made a big stink (as only I can) about leaving (make FB suffer by denying its readership!), but the investment made in FB is insurmountable. So now I have egg on my face – egg that I put there. 🙁

That said, I am on MeWe (substitute for FB) and Parler (substitute for Twitter). But both of those are 10 years behind the social media sites that they replace, and the number of people on those site with whom one can have a satisfying intellectual discussion is sadly very limited. I am even on Faithdom, a religious site, but it’s dominated by Evangelical fundamentalists who cannot think beyond one Bible verse a day, and who know no history of the Church before they were born (unless its Charles Spurgeon or CI Scofield), and no theology beyond the 66 books in the NIV or NKJV Study Bible from some Baptist preacher boy.

Am very unhappy with all of social media.

I wonder if there are enough concerned parents in his school district to cost him his job?

I’m not talking about storming the school board and demand he be fired. I’m talking a teacher boycott, parents pulling their kids out of his current classes, and parents informing the school board that they won’t allow their children into his future classes.

He teaches in Richmond, Va. I’d wager the student body in Richmond is about 70% black and he’s got black skin, a pulse beat, and a humbug award. If he’s not caught with a dead girl or a live boy, his job is safe. Well, if he utters Clarence Thomas type opinions, we’ll be hearing from his old girlfriends, real and imaginary.

I’d love to interrogate the snotnose who did that to you. I bet they’re about 23 years old and look like Ethan Krupp.

Defund Public Education.

Every year, we vote down the local school budget, which miraculously rose by more than two-times the rate of inflation. Then, they re-run it and the PTA/parents turn out in force.

Words have consequences as we saw posted 12-29 re the martyrdom of St. Thomas a Becket. In anger King Henry II shouted, “Won’t someone rid me of this troublesome priest!” or words to that effect Four knights took the king at his word and murdered the Archbishop of Canterbury on his cathedral’s altar steps.
We had a former employee, a self described monk and talented carpenter, who sent an email to Sen. McConnell threatening the senator because he brought a bill to the floor that the “friar” thought hurt the poor. When an agent from the Capitol Police called me I had to explain that the “friar” was not in our employ or in the state; that he had no fixed address and was bicycling across the US; that he had an alcohol problem and appeared to have mental problems, i.e. visions. I had to forward every email I had received from him. I’m hoping that Rodney Robinson has or will be interviewed by a Capitol Police agent pronto. What Rod tweeted is worse than the “friar”s threat.
