There was no reason to toss out Republican observers, to keep them out of tabulating rooms, to keep them so far away from the tabulation that ballots could not be observed unless rampant cheating was going on in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta. As we say in the law, Res Ipsa Loquitur. If you have nothing to hide, don’t act as if you have everything in the world to hide.
