According to the Epoch Times (IIRC, might be somewhere else like PJ), there are 234 pages of affidavits on file or to be filed in the Michigan case alone.
Don, do you have experience with the Multidistrict Litigation panel? Is that something that could conceivably be used to consolidate the election fraud suits? My labor/employment law background doesn’t equip me to answer that question without spending a day or so doing research, and retirement makes one reluctant to do that. 😁
No, I have no experience with it. I doubt if the cases will be consolidated until they reach the Supreme Court.
