Post Election Chaos

6:20 AM OK, this is where we stand right now.  The Democrats have a lead of about 7k in Wisconsin after a very suspicious wee hours dump of 160k votes from Milwaukee.  Trump leads by about 64k votes in Michigan.  Trump has a lead of about 640k votes in Pennsylvania.  In Nevada Biden leads by around 7.5k.  If Trump gets Michigan and Pennsylvania he has 284 electoral votes.  Without Michigan and just Pennsylvania he would be at 268 electoral votes, two short.  Georgia remains close, and if Trump loses that, there goes the ball game in all likelihood unless Trump comes back in Wisconsin.  This race began at the ballot boxes and it will likely end in the courts.  More throughout the day as the law mines allow.  I am not overly optimistic for Trump based on the number of votes outstanding in blue areas, but we shall see.

Looks like the GOP will barely keep control of the Senate.

The Republicans have made gains in the House, but the Democrats will remain firmly in control.

6:40 AM I am hearing that Trump’s lead in Michigan is down to 2k votes.  Assuming that is accurate, you can color Michigan gone.

8:15 AM Evil thought.  If Trump keeps Pennsylvania and Georgia, but loses Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada, we would be one faithless Biden elector from a 269-269 tie and you couldn’t get more 2020 than that!

8:20 AM I have called Trump Trump Felix because of the good fortune that always attends him.  Let’s see if his good fortune holds before writing him off.

8:35 AM Hmmm.  Nevada only has Biden ahead currently by 8k votes.

8: 45 AM Hearing that the AP has taken back their call of Arizona for Biden.  Stay tuned sports fans.

8:55 AM  If I were counseling the President I would tell him we need to stop the count of mail in ballots in Pennsylvania.  That is the primary effort.  Send armies of attorneys to Nevada and Arizona to help drag one of those to his column.  A tertiary effort could be made on the grounds of vote fraud in Wisconsin and Michigan.  An uphill struggle, but perhaps not as uphill as I initially thought this morning.

5:25 PM Interesting day.  If Trump were a usual Republican the outcome of this exercise in mass cheating by Democrats would be foreordained.  Being good gentlemen and ladies, Republicans normally gripe privately about this sort of political robbery and then do nothing in public for fear of causing a scene.  Trump has no such inhibitions having spent most of his life as a Democrat in the smash mouth political milieu of New York City.  Trump, if he goes down, will go down fighting.  This story is just beginning.

This election defies every thing I know about elections. Of course, we’ve never invited fraud on such a massive level before.

Trump’s lead is up to 13,000 as of right now. But that’s still quite fraudable. John James’ lead in the Senate race is about 70,000, which allows for more breathing room.

This reminds me of what happened in the Alabama Roy Moore vs Doug Jones Senate race. Moore was ahead but Jefferson County delayed submitting results until the rest of the state’s count was completed. Jefferson County’s count was then just enough to give a victory to Jones.

Well, I sure was completely wrong on this one. All I have left is praying that the obvious fraud in Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin can be overcome. Pennsylvania may be safe because the Trump lead is so large. May our Lord bring integrity to the judges who will now decide the election. Rosary warriors, open fire!

The Canadians have Trump at 283 and Biden at 254, so I guess we’ll see how vicious Trump’s election lawyers are.

Seems that poll workers were having Trump voters use sharpies on their ballots, which means the machines couldn’t read their votes.

The sharpies thing?

Dead serious.

It doesn’t invalidate the votes, but combined with calling the state before a single election day vote was counted, while people were still in line, with such speed that the Democrat on the Iowa radio station I was listen to– WHO Des Moines– was audibly upset because that was obviously attempting to screw with the people still waiting to vote– it looks really, really bad.

OK, I’m calling it. Trump loses. Even if he pulls PA, GA and NC, he still can’t reach 270. Michigan has flipped and he lost Wisconsin. There is simply no path now for him to reach 270. Perhaps there was all manner of corruption. The other side said so last time. It may be miscalculating. Trump didn’t go to Arizona, and had he pulled it he would win. In any event, the Senate holds, so the Democrats’ dream of packing courts, impeaching justices and shredding the Constitution will be on hold. I see more younger Republicans willing to fight and stand firm, versus the old guard. So perhaps Trump has played his part. We’ll see.

I’ve no idea how this will play out but it seems to me that things are much tighter than expected and that this provides incentive to step lightly. The Dems retain the House but with less of a margin and pick up a seat in the Senate but don’t control. Let us say Biden slides in: Democrat Pary leadership has to be painfully aware that too many people oppose their agenda to risk a no-holds-barred approach to governing. Anyway, such is my theorizing during my second cup of coffee.

The only thing that gives me a tiny bit of hope now is that Trump is a fighter. That’s why we voted for him. Looking back, this is exactly why the media kept badgering him to say he would concede if he “lost” the election: it was baked in the cake. And you can’t tell me the media didn’t know what was about to happen – why else would Fox hold off on calling FL and TX for so long, while almost immediately calling AZ? In PA, the officials there gave the game away before Election Day.

I firmly believe this election is being stolen and Trump will use the tools at his disposal to fight. But I am also heartsick that so many of my fellow Americans apparently favor the godlessness and Marxism and corruption of the left. They too believe America is systemically racist, that the police should be defunded, that the unborn have no rights. And they are willing to vote for a senile man and his cynical opportunistic running mate to get their way. It looks like in this case, hate did indeed trump love.

God help us. There are tough times ahead.

Red-heavy counties.

Remember, guys, last night they INSISTED that Florida was massively blue, Iowa started blue– now both Florida and Iowa are being described as massive Trump wins, by the same folks who say Trump should quit.

Remember all the nasty stuff we’ve been seeing go on up to today.

And I’m listening to the guys on the radio pointing out that this looks really bad because, mysteriously, they’ve found 100k votes in a place that Trump was ahead and 95k are for Biden!
Uh…yeah…. lawsuit, stat.

Mike, in fairness, my son – who is our resident political junkie – wondered why Trump wasn’t spending more effort in Arizona some time ago. He felt it was able to be won, and didn’t understand the general lack of effort Trump was putting there. Then again, Trump put very little effort here in the Buckeye State and we went overwhelmingly for Trump – far more than us Buckeyes are usually wont to do. Perhaps he was hoping the same would happen in other states so he could focus elsewhere. But if so, he was apparently wrong.

Previous posts before November 3rd were too optimistic. Just based on my dealings with people in the SC / NC area, professionals despise Trump, and half the population wanted to vote for Biden because of Trump’s tone. They don’t care that Biden is a senile man with dementia. They don’t care that Kamala Harris is a Hillary Clinton wannabe. I hope Trump pulls this off. But half my co-workers hope he sinks. God however can still perform a miracle.

Here’s another ray of hope…taken from today’s first reading;

Reading 1 PHIL 2:12-18
My beloved, obedient as you have always been,
not only when I am present but all the more now when I am absent,
work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
For God is the one who, for his good purpose,
works in you both to desire and to work.
Do everything without grumbling or questioning,
that you may be blameless and innocent,
children of God without blemish
in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation,
among whom you shine like lights in the world,
as you hold on to the word of life,
so that my boast for the day of Christ may be
that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.
But, even if I am poured out as a libation
upon the sacrificial service of your faith,
I rejoice and share my joy with all of you.
In the same way you also should rejoice and share your joy with me.

A crooked and perverse generation indeed. I can’t do anything to help in these moments of stress except one thing. Pray. Read Scripture.
In that, I find rest and peace.
Please keep up your prayers.
We don’t deserve God’s mercy but let’s ask Him for it. For us and the Nation.

Agree with Struggling Catholic re Az
Trump is down by almost 100K in AZ. Arizona Republic is reporting at least 400K votes still out. GOP insiders claim by the time all votes are counted Trump will win by 30K. Seems a reach to me, but depends on a bunch of things I cannot know. We can hope.
As for the 100% absentee ballot dump for Biden, it does seem suspicious if true. It could simply be a dump of harvested ballots that are sketchy but not necessarily illegal. Need more info.

Nebraska and Maine’s split electoral system: Trump won Nebraska handily but will pick up only 2 of the three electoral votes. Biden handilly won Maine and may get both electoral votes.

So, winner-take-all or split electoral?

The new “results” in both Wisconsin and Michigan are disgusting. As much as I despise the left I didn’t expect them to try to steal the election this blatantly. Really, an update of over 100,000 votes and each and every single one is for Biden?

Meanwhile Biden only up by 8,000 in Nevada but you don’t suddenly see 10,000 Trump votes out of nowhere. And the left will still remain convinced that all anomalies favor Republicans.

I will still say that there is a good chance that President Trump wins in the end precisely because the fraud is so blatant. Unlike someone like Romney, President Trump won’t meekly accept these results, and he is well equipped in the courts and senate for such a fight.

But what we have lost is any chance to go back to the rule of law. The Democrats are broadcasting loud and clear that they do not care about the vote and they will do whatever they can to remain in power perpetually. The Tech Overlords are going all out to to squash dissent. I don’t see how we avoid some sort of mass conflict, even if President Trump does rightfully win. Not necessarily a civil war, but at least one where individuals en masse are brought low (such as mass arrests at major media outlets).

Rudolph Harrier
Rudolph Harrier

If they do get their desired steals and Nevada doesn’t flip back, it puts the election at Biden 270, Trump 268. No way that doesn’t make everyone angry. Republicans will of course see it as the blatant steal that it is, with a mocking victory by 1 vote. But leftists will see the fact that Biden isn’t at 300+ as evidence that Republicans tried to steal the election. So both sides lose confidence in our electoral process being in any way legitimate and once that happens the lifespan of voting is pretty limited.

Even if Trump wins AZ he seems to have a problem with PA.
According to Forbes Biden has won almost 80% of the 1.2 million absentee ballots counted thus far, with about 1.3 million to go.
Unless my rough math is wrong if Biden gets more that two-thirds of the remaining AB votes he will make up his current 450,000 deficit. I’m hoping that what remains is significantly less pro-Biden, but am not optimistic.

And unfortunately, since voter fraud is almost impossible to prove, it looks like they’re once again going to get away with it.
