Excellent. Thank you.

St. Joseph, hear our prayer.
I found this podcast very educational but don’t understand blaming Justices and Barrett for the decision to let the lower ruling stand. My understanding is that this occurred before Justice Barrett’s voting confirmation.
If this occurred before her confirmation perhaps Senator Graham should be blamed for not having a vote sooner so that Judge Barrett would have been on the court and negating Justice Roberts shift to the left.
A motion was filed for rehearing after Justice Barrett joined the Court. It was denied 4-4 without her participation, presumably since it was a day or two after her confirmation that she didn’t feel up to snuff yet to vote.
Joe is the most popular candidate! Apparently more popular than Barack Obama and earning more voters than he did in 3 certain states!
“It was denied 4-4 without her participation” Yes, she abstained, but there was no reason she couldn’t read the brief and agree to grant a hearing to the whole court so the complete argument could be made. It’s not that difficult but yet she still abstained. This is the exact sort of thing that Barnes warned about her. Now it has to be argued after the vote which will be MUCH, MUCH worse for the country.
Thanks for the clarification I need to listen to the podcast again.
Wouldn’t it be tragic if Judge Barrett’s first action on the Court caused the person who nominated her to the court to lose his presidency from blatant voter fraud.
