Long before he became President, Trump was known as the Blue Collar Billionaire. He has loyalty among workers without college degrees that I haven’t seen since Reagan. Blue collar is my family background and I have never forgotten it. Too many American politicians pay lip service to American workers during elections and then promptly forget them until the next election. Trump has been different. Everything he has done has been aimed at improving the American economy for those workers who have been shortchanged for decades. That is why he is drawing rock star crowds, and why they will troop to the polls in huge numbers tomorrow and vote for him.

The Holy Family, and many of the people Christ called to apostolic and discipleship roles were people who worked with their hands. St Joseph was a carpenter. St Paul was a tent-maker, with Aquila and Priscilla. There were several fishermen. When Peter and John appeared before the Council in the book of Acts 4:13 it says:
*
“13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they wondered; and they recognized that they had been with Jesus” (RSVCE)

Their socio-economic status has more in common with the Trump voters than it does with the globalist elites. Remember Obama’s bitter clingers comment, which included religion? Hillary Clinton stated that religious beliefs have to be changed. So much for respecting the First Amendment. I expect nothing better from Biden-Harris.
Tucker take away: A vote for Trump is a vote against “them” (the “masters of the universe” who want to control our lives).

I appreciate your observation.
Carpenter, tent maker and fisherman. He called the tax collector too…the lowest form of occupation ( skimmers )
And shephard’s… the dirty worker..outcasts mostly..He calls them in to get the first glance of himself while he lays in a manger.
The King of Kings calls the ordinary.
Hillary calling for religions to change their views on abortion…I remember.
Yes. We the deplorables. I remember.
Those comments cost her votes by bringing more of the blue collar to the polls.
Please America.
Please pray extra hard today.
So much is on the line.
I’m heading out to get the breakfasts ready for the Mass attendees at 6am.
Our little Church is big in devotion.
God bless you and God Bless America.
