The Senate is debating the nomination of Judge Barrett; before this day is done her nomination to the Supreme Court will be confirmed 52-48 and tomorrow she will be sworn in. She will then be able to participate on the Court as to numerous cases where Democrats have attempted to make sure that fraud rather than ballots will decide this election. Her vote is critical as Chief Justice Roberts seems to view this as an opportunity to get rid of a President he hates. This year could make the post election litigation over Florida in 2000 look like a tempest in a tea pot. Stay tuned, it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Back in 2016, then-candidate Trump promised me so much winning, I’d get tired of it. But I’m no ways tired, Mr. President!
I’d like to see her confirmed. However, my sympathies are with the four originalist judges, who I suspect will benefit from 24/7 security for some time (granted their families as well). Don’t imagine the chief justice or Neil Gorsuch are too save from the James T. Hodgkinson wing of the Democratic Party either.
