Biden’s puppet masters know that packing the Supreme Court is unpopular with the American people. If Biden says he will not pack the Court, the loony Left, which is the core of the Democrat party, may take a walk on this election. Hence Biden saying the American people do not deserve to know his position. The Republicans should beat this sound bite like a drum.
This from the Harvard Law Review back in January, looks more and more likely.

If only the outraged defenders of democracy weren’t so outraged over entirely sensible things said by Senator Lee. They might take notice if they weren’t acting like aroused rabble.
No big deal–the King tried the same thing. How’d that work out?
What’s amusing about this is how little stimulus it takes to induce this in them. The court has hardly stood in the way of the liberal agenda the last 80 years. When you hear liberals bitc* and moan about the courts, you hear about Bush v. Gore (Florida Supreme Court generates a mess from disregarding statutory law and the US Supreme Court refuses to ratify it), Citizens’ United (the court sabotages an attempt by liberals to write statutory law which prevents ordinary businesses from advancing a position while the media companies which support the Democratic Party say whatever they please), and Heller (which rules that legislative bodies cannot disregard clear constitutional language). It tells you to what liberals fancy they’re entitled. They’ve been obstructed from nothing other than asinine efforts to stick rural gun owners with the blame for slum crime. (Well, some of them want mass confiscation of firearms in private hands).
