MOUNT DOOM—Governor Gretchen Whitmer is refusing to throw the Ring of Power back into Mount Doom, despite the Michigan Supreme Court ordering her to return it into the fires whence it came.
“Throw it into the fire! Destroy it!” shouted a judge sitting on the court, after leading Whitmer to the Cracks of Doom. “We can end this all right now!”
“Nooo! Not my precious!” Whitmer screamed as the state Supreme Court handed down the order to destroy the Ring. “Nasty, nasty Constitution! We don’t likes it! Nasty, fat Founding Fathers!” She turned and left.
“No, Whitmer! It will be your undoing!” cried the judge.

Being from Michigan I can say it is a divided and tormented state, virtual model for our country, made worse by insane politicians they occasionally elect. Part of the reason for this that it has been the home of unionism; the auto industry with its often, by turns, totalitarian and socialist management; its race riots; all which presented for all to see in its poster city, Detroit, America’s first failed major city sunk in desolation. Almost all of this is due to Democrat policies and the go along get along attitude of Corporate management in the service of profits.
At this point, the state police hit the doughnut shop. We’ve had a pretty good idea for about four months now that transmission in open air is quite odd and we’ve been aware for longer that 3/4 of the population is not at risk of anything but a bad case of a flu-like illness. Restrictions needed to be geared to isolating this population, not preventing random people from visiting their vacation properties and buying garden supplies.

The disgusting Attorney General “Marriage Equality” Josh Shapiro, who twice sued the Little Sisters of the Poor to compel them to pay for birth control, appealed to the US Court of Appeals to stop a ruling by the US District Court in Pittsburgh to put an end to the Reichsfuhrer’s rantings.
