The Flynn prosecution was a hit against the Trump campaign and then the incoming Trump administration by the Obama administration and its minions in the FBI. We have just learned that it was Biden who suggested that Flynn could be prosecuted under the Logan Act for his phone calls with the Russian ambassador. That sounds like Biden who has never given any indication of legal acumen. The Logan Act is a 1799 statute forbidding private citizens from having contacts with foreign powers of a diplomatic nation. Probably unconstitutional as a violation of freedom of speech, there have only been two prosecutions under the Logan Act, both unsuccessful. Also, as the incoming National Security Advisor for the Trump administration, Flynn was not acting in a private capacity. Flynn was never charged with a violation of the Logan Act, but a possible violation of the Logan Act was the pretext for the Mueller investigation of Flynn. I we had a media worthy of the name, Biden would be questioned about this ad infinitum.

So… since Trump was impeached over his prosecution of Biden misdeeds – this then means Biden is disqualified to be president, yes?
