The DC Circuit in its en banc review reversed its panel and remanded the case back to Sullivan. Go here to read the decision. The DC Circuit is now allowing Sullivan to proceed as both trial court and prosecutor. Appalling if not surprising, as the Democrats have a heavy majority on the DC Circuit and the rule of law these days for Democrats have to bow before Orange Man Bad.

Can’t the Justice Dept. do something about this? Sullivan should be removed for incompetence.
I have wondered if there may be some advantages of moving the seat of our federal government out of Washington DC.
The DC circuit court lose its disproportionate influence upon government criminal cases.
It would be harder for government agencies to cooperate and coordinate. Generally it may seem to be beneficial to have all government agencies centrally located, but not when a primary goal of multiple agencies is to undermine the president and protect government corruption. This would also provide an opportunity to clean out some of the entrenched corrupt bureaucrats who would quit before being forced to live with those they feel entitled to rule.
It would be easier to protect and defend the Whitehouse at a location that is not controlled by a hostile local government.
The areas North of the Potomac River could be returned to Maryland and the areas South of the Potomac could be returned to Virginia. No more nonsense about DC becoming a state.
Good luck getting into the Supreme Court. This illegal circus will likely continue for the time being. Just another day and another assault on the rule of law in this country. Obama was a prophet in this sense. He fundamentally transformed a country founded on the rule of law to one where might makes right. Well done you petty little tyrant.
