I saw that on Instapundit.

Let’s simply refer to K. Harris as “The Project 1619 Candidate.”

To be fair, aside form the prosecutorial career, pretty much the same could have been said about Barack Hussein Soetoro.

Well, they’re already saying that America, being a genocidal racist and Nazi state, will all but prevent her from winning. In other words, there is one hope for America, and that’s putting her in office. Since, apparently, nobody ever said Obama being black meant anything in terms of winning the presidency. Or so I’ve been told by several who swing left of center.

Kamala Harris news videos have some of the worst like/dislike ratios I’ve seen in some time. The comments are nothing but negative and coming from both sides (ex. “this woman is even more of a tyrant than Biden”/”picking a VP that threw hundreds of black people in jail won’t convince us that you’re not racist, Biden.”)

It’s getting close to Youtube Rewind or Call of Duty: Infinite levels.

I am guessing that Gov Whitmer would, in fact, be that person–IF she delivers Michigan for Biden. Assuming Biden really is mostly senile, then Whitmer would have known that for some time now. Certainly when she met with him last week-end, she would have seen it. She doesn’t have quite Harris’ name recognition, and she isn’t black. The minorities in Detroit are not altogether thrilled with her, and she is well aware of this. Trump would have a field day with ads (there is a lot of material), and the minorities might just decide to stay home (or not bother to vote by mail).
.
Since the goal for Whitmer was VP, and not President, this seems to be the best way for her to get it at this point. If the Biden campaign falls, she still likely has two years left in Michigan in which to harrass Trump. Supposedly, she is wildly popular here in MIchigan and has reasonably high approval. I can fathom that, but not willing to discount it either.
