From earlier today. Now why in the world would anyone think that Biden is suffering from dementia?
The bat signal has gone out to the court stenographers (Elizabeth Drew among them) to make the case for cancelling the debates. Personally, I’ve wondered if the Biden-is-demented meme is confirmation bias. (NB, when Trump is off his game he doesn’t sound sharp either). The Drew piece appearing simultaneously with others indicates that the Democratic cognoscenti figure they’ve got a problem.
Whenever anyone gets the least bit confrontational with Biden he gets mean and personal immediately. The way he does it it’s like he is bewildered that he isn’t getting a softball question every single time.
Biden is coming off so badly his staff doesn’t even want him campaigning in the cemeteries.
He’s so “forward looking” to the debates, eh?
