Blessed Titus Brandsma a Dutch Priest. An unremitting foe of the Third Reich, he was murdered by the Nazis at Dachau on July 26, 1942 as part of the medical experiments of the SS.
This is so appropriate for these trying times of ours. Sometimes I find it hard to keep my balance.
Blessed Titus, pray for us.
I am going to have to remember and try to live this insight by Bl. Titus Brandsma, O. Carm., in these disturbing and hate-filled times.
If a true academic and man of intellect and above all, a priest, like Brandsma could carry this vision to the end,…well anyone can finish the thought for themselves.
