I’d like to think the Democratic appointees on the DC Circuit will be real judges and not Hawaiian judges. Not too hopeful. Just a reminder, Sundown Emmett has been conducting a multi-episode ‘sentencing hearing’ for 19 months.
The conspiracy theorist in me says that Gen. Flynn knows where all the bodies are buried and once officially exonerated is going to start spilling some very informative beans, so Judge Sullivan is the last line of defense.
Let us pray that Gen. Flynn doesn’t get “Epsteined.”
I have a suspicion that Sullivan has had ex parte communications with people which would (in a just and well-ordered world) get him bounced from the bench. Either that or it’s a long exercise in sundowning.
