Something for the weekend. The winter season actually hasn’t been too bad thus far in Central Illinois, but the beginning of February seems an appropriate time for Vivaldi’s Winter. This rendition features violinist Julia Fischer who does a superb job with the piece.

Beautiful ! I worked mostly by myself on the graveyard shift on the Police Department. And I always brought along a cassette player, which I fastened to the dash of my car. I played music like Franscescati and other classics. It soothed the soul. TR.
