Yeah they would. A better question is whether Trump will have the funds to run TV commercials. For a purported multi-billionaire, Trump has used very little of his own cash. To be fair to Trump these videos, if they go viral, probably do more damage to Clinton on the internet than they would in a commercial on TV.
