Hillary For Sale

The level of corruption on display in the State Department e-mails just revealed through the litigation brought by conservative group Judicial Watch, is too great for even the mainstream media to ignore:

WASHINGTON (AP) — More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. It’s an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.

At least 85 of 154 people from private interests who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Clinton while she led the State Department donated to her family charity or pledged commitments to its international programs, according to a review of State Department calendars released so far to The Associated Press. Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. At least 40 donated more than $100,000 each, and 20 gave more than $1 million.

Donors who were granted time with Clinton included an internationally known economist who asked for her help as the Bangladesh government pressured him to resign from a nonprofit bank he ran; a Wall Street executive who sought Clinton’s help with a visa problem; and Estee Lauder executives who were listed as meeting with Clinton while her department worked with the firm’s corporate charity to counter gender-based violence in South Africa.

The meetings between the Democratic presidential nominee and foundation donors do not appear to violate legal agreements Clinton and former president Bill Clinton signed before she joined the State Department in 2009. But the frequency of the overlaps shows the intermingling of access and donations, and fuels perceptions that giving the foundation money was a price of admission for face time with Clinton. Her calendars and emails released as recently as this week describe scores of contacts she and her top aides had with foundation donors.

The AP’s findings represent the first systematic effort to calculate the scope of the intersecting interests of Clinton foundation donors and people who met personally with Clinton or spoke to her by phone about their needs.

Go here to read the rest.  Transparent crook Hillary became a little more transparent this week.  How soon before the gag reflex of a majority of Americans kicks in at the idea of elevating this criminal to the White House?

. I’m hoping Trump doesn’t turn up on the list of donors but anything’s possible in this election which is the gift that keeps on giving every month.

Och I dunno about that man, they are utterly shameless. If Trump keeps on about it on the other hand..?

And millions of citizens dependent on the feds in some fashion rationalize by saying “But they all do it. This conscience is clean.” The Hillary lever is pulled.

They’re only buying access, so it’s not like she’s pandering political favors or anything.
.
And what’s more, Bill “it depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is” Clinton, promises –like pinky swear promises– that after Hillary’s elected, they’ll only take money from American citizens, residents (undocumented or otherwise) and American based corporate entities. You know, like the Muslim Brotherhood CAIR who want access –not that they’re expecting any favors or anything like that.
.
Yeah, that’s the ticket!

No real surprises. This is what we thought was going on. The scariest part about all of this is the media and public indifference to Hillary’s criminality along with the complicity of the U.S. government. Power corrupts absolutely. There appears to be no limit to what the Democrats will do to stay in power in order to continue their evil agenda. We should all be fearful. And lastly, even worse, is a high proportion of the Catholic laity and clergy will be voting for her. God help us all.

Michael Dowd mentioned that,”we should all be fearful,” to which I disagree.

We should be ready to take back our country at all cost instead of fearing political Mobsters, including the general democratic base, if they can’t see the destruction of our freedoms, or if they continue to aid and support the demise of our freedoms.

Fighting words?

Your damn right.
Fear is not from God, unless it is Holy fear.
Well, I do fear God and that is the only fear that we all should have. It is the “beginning of wisdom.”
My deceased uncle’s and great uncle’s lost limbs and bleed for these freedoms. I’ll be damned if I fear the communist regime aka democratic society, that is propagating the sinfulness of killing children and promoting the ugliness of sodomy as normal behavior.
Clinton said; “religions must change their view on abortion.”. Hell No.

If your not stepping out onto the public square to voice your disappointment with the public funding of P.P. or the sale of baby parts..or the idea of so called Same Sex Marriage then do what Mr. Dowd suggested….fear them.

If you are a God fearing man than get outside and join voices and prayer publicly Now, before dear runs us over.

..typo.. before they…run us over.

However deer can try to take us out by running into us…they are tough animals…no fear.

Phillip. Clarification. Of course, I agree about fighting the bad guys. That’s what we should all be doing. My point is that the majority of the folks in this country are not fearful of the pervasive evil but should be. They have no sense of the evil running rampant in our world. Fear is normal but we must have faith to overcome our fears and take action as you suggest.

What amazes me is that the majority of Democrats – even engineers and executives at my place of work – so hold Trump in disdain and contempt that they don’t care about Hillary’s criminal wrong doing. People smarter and more knowledgeable than I simply don’t care that she is a murderous, pathologically lying witch from hell. They know it to be true and may even rarely acknowledge it to be true, but they will advocate and vote for her anyways.

Michael.

I agree with you, many do not sense the evil or are in denial. Faith without works is dead.
Time to act.

LQC. Another thought on our man Trump. He so embarrasses folks who should support him with his ridiculous actions that he makes Hillary look good. If he could only get hold of himself he could win this thing. Further, I believe there is a substantial group of closet supporters that will vote for him but not talk about due to embarrassment.

Michael Dowd’s, “My point is that the majority of the folks in this country are not fearful of the pervasive evil but should be. They have no sense of the evil running rampant in our world.” reminds me of an older expatriate Romanian couple, who after the overthrow of the communist regime, returned to their homeland only to reverse that decision and come back to the USA. They found that after a generation or so of living under a Godless philosophy, the people of Romania, their former friends and neighbors, had become utterly insufferable amoral strangers to them. I am beginning to get that feeling from about one half of our fellow Americans.

I don’t notice it in mundane life, bar that people do things quite shamelessly which were a source of embarrassment as recently as 1980. However, you stop and think about public life and you realize that the scuffed up human beings in Congress during the period running from 1940 to 1947 – many of them denizens of sleazy ward club politics – managed to provide for an enormous and successful national mobilization and then subsequently provide for a rapid demobilization. Congress turned in several balanced budgets between 1945 and 1950.

Sherman Adams was compelled to leave office in 1958 because he accepted some gifts from a businessman who was in a tangle with the Federal Trade Commission. Given what nominal incomes were in 1957, a gift of contextually similar value today would be one of about $55,000. That’s sofa change for the Clintons, whose hourly is such that that’s the price of a 15 minute speech.

You remember when Richard Nixon (awash in unpaid legal bills) was taken to task for accepting a fee from David Frost for 29 hours of exclusive interviews? The fee was $600,000. A contextually similar sum today would be $4,000,000, or $138,000 an hour and he has to sit there and answer questions from someone who does not work for him, something HRC won’t do. And the fee was a one-off. Nixon was regarded in his day as crass above and beyond the call of duty.
