I don’t see the problem with the content of this– we might disagree on who they are, but that’s his problem. 😀
The “Buddy Christ” guys. They’re not so much Christian as just kind of vaguely nice, go to church for some big holidays and weddings or funerals, and make sure to keep their phone’s games turned down very quietly when they do……

Every Mass is a holiday.
Every Mass is a wedding.
Every Mass is a funeral.

Where to begin?

“Forward!” was a slogan used by Mao and more recently Obama.
.
“. . .are non-Christian Christians.” In a sharp reversal, he decided now it is he is who is to judge the faithful. Previously, he wouldn’t judge flagrant, public sinners.
.
I have not seen or heard evidence that he promotes the Spiritual Works of Mercy.
.
I’m not sure the Beatitudes support the big-government, secular humanist agenda. I’m fairly certain that the big-government, secular agenda does not conform with Jesus’ Gospels.

I will stop before I self-excommunicate myself.

Has he said as many harsh words about Muslims as he does Christians?

We have low information voters and low information Catholics. We have a low information Pontiff.

Cloistered communities do not have the calling of Mother Teresa’s Sisters of Mercy. Damn, even I know that.

i wonder if he or anyone honestly thinks that Christians who “don’t go forward” with his idea of communion do not do works of mercy? do not do good deeds?

I would really like the forensic psychiatrist and profiler, Dr. Andrew G. Hodges, MD, to do a profile on Jorge Bergoglio. (If you haven’t read Dr. Hodges’ other works, by the way, I recommend his book on Obama, “Secret Confession, Secret Fury”, or what he calls it on Youtube, “The Obama Confession”.)

His principle is fairly simple: pay attention to repeated themes brought up in “soliloquys” of certain individuals, especially where they make reference to their childhood (“I am a son of the Church..”) and then refer to their mainstay “issues”.
….
For Obama, for example (and, based on Dr. Hodges’ book, I was 100% accurate in predicting what 3 themes Obama would hit in his White House Press Correspondents’ Dinner Speech), Obama’s recurrent issues are (1) his contested US birth and citizenship; (2) his conflict over being a bona-fide black man; and (3) his rage at his father, who abandoned him to return to Kenya, and his substituted rage at his spiritual “father”, the USA, represented by Donald Trump, which he hates because it has never fully accepted him, in his pathological mind (Obama went on and on with shots at Trump, showing how much he is threatened by his “Luke-Skywalker”-type father). You have to see the Youtube video (its about 30 minutes) to get the drift.

Now to Bergoglio. For a man who is supposed to be spiritual “father” to the Catholic populace, his self-endorsed “sonship of the Church” conflicts with the outlandish and repeated death or dying images (“mummified Christians”, they are “motionless”, i.e. dead) that he uses, barely cloaking his rage at Catholics, unlike in fact him, who follow what the Church has always taught—“who stay still, who don’t go forward” i.e. with him. Elsewhere, his enemies have been called “spiritually and mentally hardened” (the Curia), “unfruitful old bachelors” (=almost dead) or in need of mental health treatment (priests); women religious “zitelle”, or “old maids” (also, almost dead); and of course we could go on.

We never hear very much about the father of Jorge Maria Bergoglio, except that he was named after his father, as the eldest son (the father’s actual name was “Mario Jose Bergoglio”) and that the father was an accountant for the Argentine railway system. That would sound like the father, if accountants fit a stereotype, that the father was a nit-picking, legalistic, by-the-book type, that the son wanted to get as far away from as possible: so he became a priest, and not just any priest, but a Jesuit priest. We have precious little on the father (except that he looks a lot like Ted Cruz—oh-oh!):

https://www.google.com/search?q=Mario+Jose+Bergoglio++pope+Francis&biw=1093&bih=490&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjv9KSglMPMAhUM8GMKHVQ1DTMQ_AUIBygC&dpr=1.25#imgrc=DCDSLFCO1L9bPM%3A

…, and there is something behind PF’s rage against “paternal” institutions and his “death-sentencing” “motionless” ideologically-opposite Catholics. Something.

Here is Obama’s youtube speech/comedy act at the 2016 White House Correspondents’ Dinner. It really is worth watching. After joking about “the end of the republic”, his very first comment is about his race (= why he is late): “Jokes that white people should not make”:

Here is the first part of Dr. Andrew Hodges’ youtube version on “the story of Barack Obama”. By the way, it is worth viewing all 7 segments, because Hodges infers what an angry Obama will do in his final days of power.

Do note, how well Obama and Bergoglio bonded when the latter visited the USA, and of course lavished praise on a man who has shown his enmity with the Catholic Church.
“Hum,” said Pooh.
