Oh, the humanity!

Thank God they only cut $40 million from HHS, and $0 from the IRS!

Also good to remember that these cuts are only going to happen after two years of massive increases…a cut in spending, for Obama, would be a return to 2008 levels of spending…but you can’t buy enough votes for 2012 with that amount of money…
