Scratch One Secret Bunker

Joe Biden, that ever bubbling fount of unintentional humor, decided at an ”off the record’ conversation at the Gridion Club to reveal a secret bunker at the Veep’s residence at the Naval Observatory.  Before this administration is over, I suspect that Obama will wish many times that he could simply thrust Biden into the bunker, lock it and throw away the keys.
